All products and services are strictly non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued under any circumstances — including dissatisfaction, account termination due to a violation of these terms, or any other reason.
Dfault Tweaks™ and Dfault Services™ are registered trademarks protected under the Copyright Act of 1968. All software, assets, branding, and associated materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Dfault and are fully protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes as outlined herein. No rights, title, or interest in the intellectual property are transferred to you by virtue of this license.
Unauthorized reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, hacking, cracking, or any attempt to circumvent, bypass, or tamper with the software's security, license verification, or anti-tamper systems is strictly prohibited.
Violations will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your license with no refund and may be subject to civil or criminal legal action under applicable law.
Our products are licensed for single-user personal use only. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, leaking, or otherwise transferring your license key or any downloaded files to any third party is strictly prohibited.
Violations will result in a permanent ban from all Dfault products, services, and community channels with no refund issued. We actively monitor for key sharing and will act without warning.
Dfault Tweaks employs active security monitoring within the application. Any detected violation of these terms or attempt to tamper with the software will be automatically logged and reported. By using this software you explicitly consent to this monitoring.

This data is collected solely for security enforcement and protection of our intellectual property. It is not sold or shared with third parties outside of what is necessary for enforcement action. Logged violations are reviewed by our team and used as grounds for permanent account termination and, where appropriate, legal proceedings. There is no appeal process for security-triggered bans.
By installing or using Dfault Tweaks you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms of Service, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the software.
