The app will not launch, a tweak did not apply, or a macro is not firing. Send your Windows version and what you tried and we will work through it.

New PC, fresh Windows install, or your key says it is already in use. Include the email you bought with and we will reset the activation.

Charged but no key, wrong product, or you want to talk about a refund. Include your order email and the date and we will sort it.

I paid but did not get a key
Check the spam folder on the email you used at checkout first. If it is not there within ten minutes, open a ticket with your order email and we will send it manually.
My key says it is already in use
Keys activate on one PC at a time. If you have changed hardware or reinstalled Windows, request a reset above and it will work again on the new machine.
Windows flagged the download
Both apps are small unsigned executables, which SmartScreen sometimes warns about. If you downloaded from the link in your key email, it is the genuine file. Only ever download from links we send you or post in the Discord.
